Our story
In 1989 Žana Mitiajeva completed her studies at Vilniaus medicinos kolegija and qualified as a nurse. She began working as a cosmetologist in Vilnius in 1990, and in 1991 she completed a course for cosmeticians and massage therapists at the Vilnius Cosmetology Centre. She later managed the Ocean of Beauty salon, where she also worked as a cosmetologist, and in 2010 the name Kosmetologija Visiems was born. In 2016 the studio moved to Vilnius Old Town, and since 2019 its home has been Visų Šventųjų g. 7: a historic building with an inner courtyard, near the Gate of Dawn.
Žana designed the studio’s interior herself: light tones, an arch of old brick, stonework, crystal and velvet. One client called the studio an oasis of calm in the very centre of the city.
For three and a half years Žana worked in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, at the Corpofino Beauty and Slimming Center, a salon that was looking for a cosmetologist with medical training and at least ten years’ experience. There she cared for skin of every type and for clients from a great many countries. That experience still serves us well: we are glad to welcome everyone, whatever their skin or situation.
How we work
First, a conversation. Then the treatment. Every visit begins with a look at your skin and some questions: how you are feeling, how you care for your skin at home, what you would like. Only then do we choose the treatment, and at the end of it we tell you what to do next.
We work by advance booking only, so your whole appointment is devoted to you. We do not suggest anything your skin does not need, and we aim for a natural, healthy look rather than an overdone one.
Žana says her profession is about deep knowledge and meticulous technical work with the skin, but also about connecting with the person. That is why she looks beyond the skin: she also asks about your wellbeing, your habits and what is happening in your life at the moment.
The skincare lines we use
We use only professional skincare. We work with five main lines: French skincare (Phytomer, Phytocéane, Fleur’s, Vie Collection), FR-HAUT and Skin Tech from Spain, Christina from Israel, and SQT spicules. We also use EXOS plant-derived exosomes. We have known many of these lines for years, and Žana herself has trained with Phytomer, Skin Tech, Vie Collection, Christina and FR-HAUT. We choose each product to suit the condition of your skin.
