Who is responsible for your data
The website is run by, and your data is the responsibility of, Kosmetologija Visiems, Visų Šventųjų g. 7, 01136 Vilnius, tel. +370 685 05276.
What we collect
There are no forms, no newsletter and no shop on this website. We do not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers.
Cookies
We use cookies only for visitor statistics, and only when you click “Accept” – until then, the statistics tool is not even loaded. The website also works without them, and there are no other cookies on it. Statistics cookies assign your browser a random number, and the tool receives general data about the visit, the device and the approximate location, but not your name or contact details. We see only aggregated figures, such as how many people visit and which pages they read; we do not use them for advertising. Your choice is saved only in your browser, not in a cookie.
The legal basis for processing the data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). The statistics service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States of America, and such a transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The cookies _ga and _ga_0QQWCBNN42 are kept for up to two years from your last visit.
You can change your choice at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw your consent, the statistics tool is switched off at once and its cookies are deleted; processing carried out before then remains lawful.
Booking and contacting us
When you book online, you are taken to the Treatwell platform, where your data is processed by Treatwell under its own privacy policy. When you call us or send us a message, we use your number only to arrange your visit. If you ask for Žana’s book, we use your email address only to send it to you.
Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps open those companies’ websites, where their own rules apply. On the contact page, the Google map loads only when you press its button: Google then receives your IP address and may use its own cookies under its own rules. Until then a plain picture of the map is shown, and nothing is sent to Google.
Questions
If you have any questions about your data, please call us on +370 685 05276. If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt).
