Who the consultation is for
The consultation suits you if you would like to understand your eating habits better and change them calmly and mindfully: what you eat and how often, how much water you drink, and how your diet fits your daily rhythm and the way you feel. It is for those who are ready to work on themselves – real change begins with your own decisions.
The consultation is given by Žana Mitiajeva, a cosmetologist since 1990 and a nutritionist. In 2020 she completed the practical nutrition programme at the Marina Maltseva Institute and received a diploma from the institute. You can read more about her approach on the Nutrition page.
What we talk about
We talk about more than what is on your plate. Eating habits are also shaped by your daily rhythm, sleep, stress and how you see yourself, so in the consultation we discuss:
- what you eat during the day, and how regularly;
- how much you drink, and what;
- how your diet fits in with your rhythm of work and rest;
- which changes are realistic to make day to day.
The consultation is separate from our skincare treatments: you can book it even if you have never come to us for a treatment.
How the consultation works
- Once you have booked, you receive a detailed questionnaire with questions about your diet, daily rhythm and wellbeing.
- At home, you answer the questions in your own time and send the questionnaire back to us.
- Žana reads it through, and we agree on a time for the consultation – at the studio in Vilnius Old Town or online, whichever suits you better.
- During the consultation, we look together at your daily diet and at your eating and drinking routine.
- You receive recommendations on how to plan your diet on your own and establish new habits.
The consultation lasts about an hour and a half, and all of that time is devoted to you and your questions.
Good to know
The consultation is about eating habits and general wellbeing. It does not replace a consultation with your doctor: we do not diagnose, and we do not prescribe medicines or therapeutic diets. If you have a health condition, are taking any medication, are expecting or are breastfeeding, please talk to your doctor first about any changes to your diet. If questions come up during our conversation that a doctor should answer, we will tell you so openly.
