What is Hollywood Facial?
Hollywood Facial is a multi-step facial that became popular in the USA, and one our clients have been choosing more and more often lately. At its heart are three peels, applied one after another. Each works differently, so together they carefully renew the surface of the skin without mechanical resurfacing.
- A cleansing clay mask-peel with plant extracts prepares the skin for the steps that follow.
- An acid peel with alpha and beta hydroxy acids (AHAs and BHAs) loosens the bonds between the dead cells of the surface layer, so they come away more easily and the skin looks smoother.
- An enzyme peel (papain, bromelain) gently dissolves dead cells. It is one of the gentlest kinds of peel, suitable both for more sensitive skin and for skin with visible capillaries.
To finish, we apply a mask chosen for what your skin needs: hydrating, soothing or nourishing.
How the treatment works
- We talk, look at your skin and choose the programme together.
- We remove your make-up and apply the cleansing clay mask-peel.
- We apply the acid peel, followed by the enzyme peel.
- In the longer programmes, we add a pore-opening mask and cleansing, massage or active ingredients infused with ultrasound.
- We finish with a mask chosen for you.
Four programmes
Classic – the clay mask-peel, the acid and enzyme peels, and a mask. Skin renewal without manual extractions, for when the skin looks dull and tired or has lost its tone. After this programme there is usually no downtime.
Classic Plus – the three peels, a pore-opening purifying mask, careful manual extractions and a soothing, pore-refining mask. For oily, combination or acne-prone skin, when it needs not only its surface renewed but also its pores deeply cleansed.
De Lux – the three peels, a lifting massage for the face, neck and décolletage, active ingredients infused with ultrasound (collagen, hyaluronic acid, peptides) and a mask chosen for you. For mature, dry skin that is losing firmness; it is also a good choice before an important occasion. The final price depends on the ampoule chosen.
Dream – the fullest programme, bringing all the steps together: the three peels, a purifying mask, manual extractions, a lifting massage, active ingredients infused with ultrasound, and a mask. We choose it when, in a single visit, you would like skin that is clean, nourished and firmer.
The massage stimulates circulation and lymph flow, and relaxes and tones the facial muscles. Ultrasound helps active ingredients reach the deeper layers of the skin – you can read more about this on the sonophoresis page.

Aftercare
For a few days, do not use scrubs or products containing acids, and avoid saunas and direct sun; use sun protection every day. After the programmes with manual extractions, a little redness may remain – it usually settles within a few hours.
